Will not work!

I cant move the picture around. It will not drag. I just purchased this app and its awful. I either want a refund or please someone help me! I thought I was doing something wrong until I read the other reviews. We need to get some support here. I work to hard for my money to waste $40.00. Can we get some support here?????? Please!

I have wrote numerous emails to them and they will not reply. What can we do?????
